As the COVID-19 pandemic shuttered businesses and sparked a national scramble for PPE, Precision Scale & Balance responded with a donation of protective products from our inventory.
Recognizing the immediate need for PPE, we combed our Lancaster, NY warehouse for items to contribute. We provided a variety of protective gear — including disposable lab coats, coveralls, gloves and shoe covers — to the Erie County Department of Health to be dispersed as needed in Western New York.
We have felt the significant ripple effect of COVID-19 as a laboratory products distributor. As we face unprecedented challenges, we join other essential businesses in supporting the critical needs of our community, both through donations and through supplying customers with the protective items they require at this time.
As a small, woman-owned business, we are humbled to be in a position to help and will continue to aid efforts to combat this virus.
