Precision Scale & Balance is excited to announce the recent addition of a Mahr 828PC-500 ULM Universal Length Measuring Machine to our Lancaster, NY metrology lab.
This new equipment, purchased in February 2021, expands our calibration capabilities in the field of dimensional metrology. The ULM gives us the ability to measure OD to 20” (500mm) and ID to 13.5” (345mm). We can now calibrate many types of gages, including:
Plug gages
Ring gages
Thread gages
Length standards
Micrometers
Snap gages
Long gage blocks
